- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

- In the same pan, add the remaining vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and julienned carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
