  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
