  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise and place it in a large bowl.
