  • pizza dough - 250 grams
  • char siu (Chinese BBQ pork) - 150 grams, sliced
  • mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • green onions - 2, thinly sliced
  • red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread hoisin sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Layer the sliced char siu evenly over the hoisin sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the char siu.
  7. Add the sliced red bell pepper and green onions over the cheese.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil over the toppings to enhance the flavor.
