  • Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking tray.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil, black pepper, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Evenly distribute the marinated shrimp over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
