- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced

- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
- Red onion - 1 small, cut into chunks
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, coriander powder, and cumin powder to make the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
