Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
  • Red onion - 1 small, cut into chunks
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, coriander powder, and cumin powder to make the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
