  • Vegetable oil - for grilling

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground white pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.

  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
