- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Sliced cucumber - 100 grams
- Sliced tomato - 100 grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons (optional)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, cilantro, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
