Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

- Carefully add the dumplings to the simmering broth and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the dumplings float to the surface and are cooked through.
- Taste the broth and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve the dumplings in bowls, ladle the hot broth over them, and drizzle with chili oil if desired.
