  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
  • Carrot - 1 medium, grated
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Sriracha or chili sauce - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooked rice noodles to the meat mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Form the noodle mixture into two patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger by layering a lettuce leaf on the bottom, followed by the noodle patty, and drizzle with Sriracha or chili sauce to taste. Top with another lettuce leaf.
