- Green peas - 100 grams (fresh or frozen)
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish (optional)
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the diced carrot and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the green peas and cooked jasmine rice, breaking apart any clumps of rice.

- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
