- Green bell pepper - 1/2, diced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Spring onions - 2, chopped
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Drain the tofu and pat it dry with a paper towel. Cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, turning gently until the tofu is golden brown on all sides.
- Add the diced green bell pepper and julienned carrot to the skillet, stirring frequently for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing everything together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
