Ingredients

  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
  • Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 ml

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic to the broth, stirring well.
