- Mushrooms (shiitake) - 100 grams, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Green onion - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the diced bell pepper, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Add the soy sauce, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables, stirring well to combine. Remove from heat.
- Evenly distribute the sautéed vegetable mixture over the cheese on the pizza.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions and cilantro on top of the vegetables.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
