  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Bell pepper (red) - 1, diced
  • Mushrooms (shiitake) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Green onion - 2, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add the diced bell pepper, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. Add the soy sauce, chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables, stirring well to combine. Remove from heat.
  8. Evenly distribute the sautéed vegetable mixture over the cheese on the pizza.
  9. Sprinkle the chopped green onions and cilantro on top of the vegetables.
  10. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  11. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve.
