- Bell pepper (green) - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Scallions - 2 stalks, chopped

- Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 100 milliliters

Steps
- If using live lobster, steam it for 8-10 minutes until cooked, then cool and remove the meat from the shell. Cut the lobster into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell peppers and julienned carrot to the wok, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- In a small bowl, toss the lobster meat with cornstarch to coat evenly.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and add the lobster meat. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the lobster and vegetables, and stir to combine, cooking for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add chopped scallions and season with salt to taste. Stir well and serve immediately.
