- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Bell pepper (red or green) - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Snow peas - 100 grams, trimmed
- Onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml

Steps
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, carrot, snow peas, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender but still crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan, and add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
