- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

Steps
- Prepare the sole fillets by rinsing them under cold water and patting dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Place the sole fillets in a heatproof dish that fits inside your steamer.
- Sprinkle the julienned ginger and minced garlic evenly over the fillets.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and cooking wine. Pour this mixture over the fish.
- Top the fillets with sliced scallions.
- Fill the steamer with water, bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, place the dish with the fish in the steamer basket, cover, and steam for about 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, carefully remove the dish from the steamer and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
