- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
- Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Sriracha sauce - to taste (optional)
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- In a food processor, combine the shrimp, green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, almond flour, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
