Ingredients

  • Lobster tail - 200 grams
  • Egg noodles - 150 grams
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the lobster tail to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until it turns opaque. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside to cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  5. In the same skillet, add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Add the cooked noodles, blanched broccoli, sliced lobster, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet. Toss everything together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and well combined.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
