  • Green onions - 3, chopped
  • Carrot - 1, julienned
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine coconut milk, curry powder, minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce to create the curry sauce.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced red bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Add the curry sauce to the sautéed vegetables and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
