  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the clams thoroughly under cold water to remove any sand or grit, then set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
