- Tofu (firm) - 100 grams, cubed
Steps
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and stir-fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
