Ingredients

  • Green cabbage - 200 grams, shredded

  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
