  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, sliced
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
