- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Butter or oil - for frying
Steps
- In a skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of butter or oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Stir in the finely shredded cabbage, soy sauce, and sesame oil, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a separate non-stick skillet, add a little butter or oil and heat over medium-low. Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook the omelette for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift. Spoon half of the cabbage and pork mixture onto one half of the omelette.
- Carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for an additional minute. Slide the omelette onto a plate and repeat with the remaining ingredients for the second serving.
