- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Minced garlic - 1 clove
- Grated ginger - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped bell pepper - 50 grams
- Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground chicken or turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, chopped bell pepper, green onions, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- While the meat mixture is cooking, blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened. Drain and pat dry.
- On a baking sheet, lay out the cabbage leaves and spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each leaf.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each cabbage leaf pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
