- Cabbage - 200 grams, chopped
- Firm tofu - 200 grams, cubed
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed tofu and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan, stirring well to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the tofu to the pan and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
