  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Chicken broth - 500 ml
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Water - 500 ml

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  6. Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
