- Ginger - 10g, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Coconut aminos - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Soak the dried scallops and shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain and chop.
- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken and pork to the pot, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the shrimp, soaked scallops, chopped shiitake mushrooms, and goji berries, mixing well.
- Pour in the chicken bone broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add coconut aminos, salt, and pepper to taste, then let everything cook for an additional 15 minutes.
