  • Pork tenderloin - 100g, diced

  • Chicken bone broth - 500ml
  • Ginger - 10g, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Soak the dried scallops and shiitake mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain and chop.
  2. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken and pork to the pot, cooking until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in the shrimp, soaked scallops, chopped shiitake mushrooms, and goji berries, mixing well.
  5. Pour in the chicken bone broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add coconut aminos, salt, and pepper to taste, then let everything cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
