- Vegetable broth - 200 ml
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Drain the tofu and press it gently to remove excess moisture. Cut it into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and vegetable broth, stirring gently to combine. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
