- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon for garnish
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, rice vinegar, and sweetener to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu cubes, cooking for about 5 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
