Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper, stir-fry for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, then bring to a simmer.
- Return the prawns to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
- Add the cornstarch mixture, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
