Ingredients

  • Shiitake mushrooms - 200 grams
  • Button mushrooms - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Rice vinegar - 10 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 pieces

Steps

  1. Soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Clean the shiitake and button mushrooms, then cut the shiitake mushrooms in half if they are large.
  4. Add the mushrooms to the marinade and let them soak for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Thread the marinated mushrooms onto the soaked skewers, alternating between shiitake and button mushrooms.
  6. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
  7. Cook the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.
  8. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
