  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Chicken or vegetable broth - 200 ml
  • Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
