- Vegetable broth - 150 milliliters

Steps
- If using fresh bamboo shoots, peel and slice them thinly. If using canned, drain and rinse them under cold water.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bamboo shoots to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vegetable broth. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cover the skillet and let it braise for about 15 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
