Steps
- Clean the abalone thoroughly under running water, removing any sand or debris.
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the cleaned abalone to the pot, browning them slightly on both sides.
