Steps

  1. Clean the abalone thoroughly under running water, then slice them into thin pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced abalone to the pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
