- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Bread Crumbs - 50 grams
- Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Whole Wheat Buns - 2
- Avocado - 1/2, sliced
- Sriracha Sauce - to taste
- Cucumber - 50 grams, sliced
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped bok choy, cooked quinoa, mashed chickpeas, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, bread crumbs, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and the mixture holds together.
- Form the mixture into two patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
