- Mozzarella cheese - 100g, shredded
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in chopped bok choy, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bok choy is wilted. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tofu and bok choy mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetable mixture.
- If desired, add red chili flakes for extra heat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
