Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 1 ball (about 250g)
  • Firm tofu - 150g, pressed and cubed
  • Bok choy - 150g, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100g, shredded
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  3. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in chopped bok choy, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bok choy is wilted. Remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the tofu and bok choy mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetable mixture.
  9. If desired, add red chili flakes for extra heat.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  11. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions before slicing and serving.
