Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Bok choy - 100 grams, chopped
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 150 grams, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they are soft and browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped bok choy, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bok choy is wilted. Remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the mushroom and bok choy mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the vegetables.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve hot.
