Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Bok choy - 150 grams, chopped
  • Mushrooms (shiitake or button) - 100 grams, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they are soft and browned.
  4. Stir in chopped bok choy, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper; cook for another 3-4 minutes until bok choy is wilted. Remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the mushroom and bok choy mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetable mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, slice, and serve warm.
