  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Green bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon (optional, for thickening)
  • Water - 50 ml

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.
