Steps
- In a medium bowl, mash the cooked black beans with a fork or potato masher, leaving some chunks for texture.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the mashed black beans to the skillet, followed by soy sauce. Mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
