- Chicken broth - 400 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 more minutes.
