- All-purpose flour - 150 grams
- Boiling water - 100 ml
- Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 3 stalks, finely chopped
- Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the boiling water while stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle (about 20 cm in diameter).
- Brush each circle lightly with sesame oil and sprinkle evenly with chopped green onions and ground black pepper.
- Roll each circle tightly into a log, then coil the log into a round spiral shape. Flatten gently with your palm.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry each bing for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve hot.
