Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 150 grams
  • Boiling water - 100 ml
  • Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 3 stalks, finely chopped
  • Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the boiling water while stirring until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle (about 20 cm in diameter).
  4. Brush each circle lightly with sesame oil and sprinkle evenly with chopped green onions and ground black pepper.
  5. Roll each circle tightly into a log, then coil the log into a round spiral shape. Flatten gently with your palm.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry each bing for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve hot.
