- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice wine, minced garlic, grated ginger, five-spice powder, ground black pepper, honey, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
