Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 large, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet, season with black pepper and salt, and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced green bell pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, add coconut aminos and sesame oil, and stir everything together for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
