- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 100 milliliters
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
