Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes) - 4

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground cumin, sesame oil, gluten-free soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
