- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes) - 4
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground cumin, sesame oil, gluten-free soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
