Ingredients

  • Red chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon

  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and red chili flakes to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes into the marinade, mix well, and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
